Alexis Quinn

University of Delaware

Alexis is a senior at West Genesee High School. Throughout high school, she has been a part of National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Class Senate, and the Peer Mentor Program. Lexi has been skating individually for 15 years. She has been a mentor for our Learn to Skate program since the summer of 2016. Lexi has earned 3 US Figure Skating Gold Medals in Moves in the Field, Ice Dance, and Solo Free Dance. She has also earned 2 Skate Canada Gold Medals in Skills and Ice Dance. She will continue to work towards passing her Senior Freeskate and International Dances. Lexi started synchronized skating with SCCNY when she was 7 years old. This year, she was a captain on CNY Blizzard. Lexi has won 4 Eastern Sectional Synchronized Skating medals being a member of the CNY Storm and Blizzard teams.

In the fall, Lexi will be attending the University of Delaware. She will be majoring in Medical Diagnostics with a Pre-Physicians Assistant concentration and minoring in Spanish. She hopes to become a Psychiatric PA. Lexi will also continue skating synchro in college as a member of the University of Delaware Collegiate Synchronized Skating Team.

Lexi would also like to express her gratitude towards her coaches; Renee Epps, Andrew Beck, Rebecca Clark, Kim Kutzer, Lauren Masterson, Jenna McKenzie, and Sherry Robbins for their continuous support in achieving her goals. She would like to thank her CNY Synchro teammates and coaches, Amanda Lattimore and Carolyn Quinn, for all of the amazing memories. Lexi would also like to thank her parents and sister for always believing in her.
